9/1 Yesterday, I setup a training camp for September 23. We’re going to run the first part of the course, from Cull Canyon to Chabot Staging area (16-ish miles) or out to Lake Chabot Aid Station (24-ish – I say 22 in Ultrasignup but I miscounted.)
Jeff Stevens pointed out in Facebook that it’s worth doing because there’s about 3,500 – 4,250 ft of vertical in this section, which is the majority in the races.
